Carrot Ambrosia Salad
From
CrossFit Santa Clara
1 pound shredded carrots
20 ounces fresh pineapple
8 ounces coconut milk
¾ cup flaked coconut
¾ cup raisins
2 tablespoon honey
Combine all ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill.
